I took up yoga in 2016 taking a 6 week starter course in Ashtanga. I was immediately hooked and spent the next 4 years practicing Ashtanga, Seasonal Hatha and Nidra.
In August 2021 I qualified as a 200hr RYT in Seasonal Hatha Yoga. I am currently studying a 50hr Yin YTT with Seasonal Yoga Edinburgh.
I am passionate about quietening the mind and working with breath to help students deal with the always-on world.

It combines Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and a modern understanding about body movement, with Traditional Chinese Medicine ideas about the changing nature of the seasons around us, and within.
