Weekly Hatha and Yin Yoga class timetable and how to book each class
I use the Momoyoga booking platform. You can click here to go to the booking platform where there are full descriptions of each class.
You have the option to buy a drop in or a 6 class pass and save some money. You simply draw down on the class credit when you book. You aren't committed to a 6 week block. You can use the 6 class pass across all my venues and classes, including Zoom.
I also run starter / beginner yoga classes in Dunfermline. These are run 4-week "blocks" to take the group forward together. So of my other classes also use a 4 week block pass.

This is a Seasonal Yoga / Hatha Yoga class and is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, providing a well-rounded practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. This type of yoga class focuses on aligning the body, mind, and breath, promoting balance, strength, and relaxation. Wednesday - Mindful Movement for life Yoga

This class is a wonderful way to encourage and help you with mobility, strength, and mental engagement.
The class blends gentle movement, breath awareness, and body-mind connection to enhance mobility, posture, sensory awareness, and nervous system balance.

Saturday - Strong Hatha

This class is a wonderful way to wake up and set yourself up for the weekend. We are building strength, confidence and stamina.
The class blends strong poses with breathwork to build on our core foundations. It will challenge you physically.

Public Yoga classes
Gimmie Yoga classes are 60 minutes long and generally consist of an opening warm up, standing poses / flow, slower floor based work and then a closing Shavasana. Shavasana is form of relaxation at the end of a class. We take this lying down on our back on the yoga mat.
Most yoga poses have a variety of options to make them less or more challenging and so in my classes you would simply take option that suits your practice. Everyone is on their own journey and there is no judgement as to what option you take!
The classes are generally open to starters, beginners, intermediates and all ages and stages. And also returners!

Private (one to one)
Private yoga - teaching one to one (1-2-1) or couples / friends sessions - at your home or my Yoga office in Dunfermline. I cover Dunfermline, Inverkeithing, Crossford, Cairneyhill, Kinross, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy.

I deliver a short 30 minute meditation and visualisation class to quieten the mind and the nervous system, and relax your body.
