Weekly Hatha and Yin Yoga class timetable and how to book each class

I use Momoyoga as my booking platform.  My classes are PAYG / drop in and some have the option to buy a 6 class pass and save some money.  You simply draw down on the class credit when you need to book.  In other words, you aren't committed to a 6 week block.  You are simply paying 6 classes up front and in return I give you a decent discount.

Mostly my classes are suitable for starters / beginners upwards and all ages and stages including seniors.

I give lots of options to make sure classes are inclusive to those with a stronger practice as well as beginners.

Gym64 welcome non-members on a PAYG basis.  Call reception on 01592 646 465 and ask for a session pass and book the class.

Public / Group Hatha and Yin Yoga classes

Gimmie Yoga classes are 60 minutes long and generally consist of an opening warm up, standing poses / flow, slower floor based work and then a closing Shavasana. Shavasana is form of relaxation at the end of a class. We take this lying down on our back on the yoga mat.

Most yoga poses have a variety of options to make them less or more challenging and so in my classes you would simply take option that suits your practice. Everyone is on their own journey and there is no judgement as to what option you take!

The classes are generally open to starters, beginners, intermediates and all ages and stages. And also returners!

Private meditation / visualisation classes on Zoom

We live in a bonkers old world at the moment.  Our always on society is exhausting and we are feeling and suffering the effects of adrenal fatigue.

I deliver a short 30 minute meditation and visualisation class to quieten the mind and the nervous system, and relax your body.
