Beginner friendly yoga in Dunfermline / Fife

Never done yoga before and you don't know where to start?

It's all good. I was where you are once. I started my practice at 55 years old. I took a beginners block and then repeated the block. The rest is history.

I run beginners blocks in the same way as I experienced from my first teacher. What to expect in one of my blocks.

1. A friendly and warm welcome to start with! My beginners classes are small. Capped to 9 mats and so you'll feel safe and right at home. Nothing daunting.

2. Instruction from a senior teacher. I've been teaching for over 5 years now and so this isn't my first day in the office.

3. We start off slow and build up over the 4 weeks. You do as much or as little as you want. Nothing too complicated or physically demanding.
